My journey in UX and digital product design began in 2015 when I joined Yookos Microblogging Network as a UI/UX Designer. Since then, I've worked across enterprise platforms, corporate websites, healthcare, publishing, media, and analytics projects, developing a deep understanding of how user experience, technology, content, and business strategy come together to create successful digital products. This experience has allowed me to contribute throughout the product lifecycle—from information architecture and interface design to implementation, optimisation, and continuous improvement.

Education & Professional Development
My professional experience is supported by a strong educational foundation in technology, multimedia, and user-centred design. I completed a Diploma in Information Technology (Multimedia) at Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), where I developed a broad understanding of digital technologies, interactive media, and web development. To further strengthen my UX expertise, I also completed the Google UX Design Professional Certificate through Coursera, expanding my knowledge of user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design thinking.
