Peermont Group Digital Platform

I worked as part of a small team at EOH on the Peermont Group digital platform, contributing to the UX planning, website development, and supporting digital campaigns across multiple resort brands including Emperors Palace, Graceland, and others.

Project Scope

The Peermont Group digital platform project focused on designing and delivering a unified online experience across multiple hospitality brands, including resorts, casinos, and conferencing venues.

The objective was to create a scalable and user-centered system that allowed users to seamlessly explore destinations, access services, and engage with each property while maintaining a consistent and premium brand experience across all platforms.

The solution required balancing multiple brand identities within a single ecosystem, ensuring clarity in navigation, strong visual hierarchy, and an intuitive user journey from discovery to conversion.

UX Strategy

The UX phase focused on simplifying navigation and structuring a platform that could support multiple resort brands without overwhelming the user.

One of the key challenges was managing a wide range of content — including accommodation, dining, entertainment, and conferencing — while keeping the experience intuitive and easy to navigate.

To solve this, we established a clear content hierarchy, grouped related services, and designed user flows that guided visitors naturally from discovery to booking.

The goal was to reduce friction, improve clarity, and deliver a seamless experience across all properties within the Peermont ecosystem.

WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Following the UX phase, the project moved into design and development, where the focus shifted to translating structure into a clean, functional, and visually engaging interface.

I contributed to building key pages across the platform, with a strong focus on the development of the main landing page. This involved implementing layout structures, refining visual hierarchy, and ensuring that each section supported both usability and engagement.

Working within a multi-brand environment, it was important to maintain consistency across different resort websites while still allowing each property to retain its own identity. This was achieved through a modular design approach, where components could be reused and adapted across the platform.

The final interface emphasized clarity, modern aesthetics, and intuitive navigation — enabling users to easily explore destinations, understand offerings, and move seamlessly toward booking and interaction.

Social Media & Campaign Work

In addition to the website, I played a key role in the execution of digital marketing initiatives across the Peermont Group, taking ownership of the design and rollout of campaign assets across multiple social media platforms.

I was responsible for leading the design of visual content for the Winter Funstays Campaign, developing carousel-based creatives and promotional materials tailored for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

This involved creating engaging, on-brand visuals, adapting content for different formats, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while maintaining alignment with the overall digital experience.

The campaign work was closely integrated with the website, helping create a seamless transition between social media engagement and on-site interaction, ultimately supporting user interest, awareness, and conversions across multiple properties.
